Dr Palacci has looked after me for the last 20 years through good health and bad (cancer, pneumonia) with unfailing excellent care. The surgery is warm and the receptionists helpful and friendly, and the longest I have had to wait for an appointment is 2 days. I am lucky to be on the panel of such an exceptional doctor

An knowledgeable doctor of great experience with a pleasant, attentive manner. Whilst under the usual time pressures of a busy practice, Dr. Palacci makes you feel as if he has as much time for you as you need.

Dr Palacci gave time and listened. After thorough examination provided clear diagnoses (there were more than one). Took the trouble to write down the diagnoses, the associated treatment and consultant referral. This is important since it is not easy to remember details after the event. Everything - referral letter and prescription - dealt with during the consultation.
Dr Palacci showed good knowledge of the consultants to whom I might be referred, along with their particular specialisms - and therefore suitability. Again, this is an essential attribute for one's GP.
I am very happy with the service provided and the confidence in Dr Palacci that I feel is well deserved.

Brilliant caring Dr with patient's best interests at heart all the time. Nothing can be too much for him.
